The Fifty50 theme (free) gives you 1 layout option which is your common style that most blogs have.
The pro version will add the minimal style as your second option. This will be a very basic concept with only the article and comments being displayed; ideal if you want to keep things very simple.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout Options
- Look for the Post Style setting and make your choice from the dropdown list.
- Click the Publish button.
If you are curious why this theme has a limited selection of post layouts, it’s because of the split screen concept. This limits the number of possible styles within a single content column.
