The Empt (pro version) theme gives you up to 9 blog styled layouts:

  • Classic Right Sidebar
  • Classic Left Sidebar
  • Grid
  • Masonry
  • Wide
  • List
  • Gallery
  • Minimal — No featured images; text-based post summaries in a grid layout.
  • Details

To change the blog layout, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Blog Options
  2. Find the Blog Layout drop-down setting and select the blog style you want to use.
  3. Click the Publish button.

Gallery Blog Style

The gallery blog style includes a couple of settings that are specific to it. Here is an example of how the blog gallery style looks with a post summary and one post with a hover effect:

You can change the overlay colour by following these steps:

  1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Colours > Content Colours
  2. Look for the Gallery Blog settings use the colour selector to for the overlay colour
  3. Click the Publish button.
