With the Empt theme, you can change some of the labels such as Read More link. But we’ve also included an additional setting for the default blog home page. When you first install WordPress, your blog is the front page and you will notice there is no title or introduction for it, so we’ve included one.
Note: The blog heading is only if you are not using a custom page for your blog.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Label Options.
- Customize the label you want to change for each of the listed label settings
- Click Publish button.
For the Related Posts label, this is an example where the label will change:
