We have a common tutorial for Thumbnail Creation which is applied to each theme we offer. There are some differences between each theme based on what each thumbnail option is for. Definite Pro has its own version which includes cropping for the recent posts widget, related posts, etc.
When you check the box next to the thumbnails you want to be generated, it’s important to know that they create/crop what you upload after saving your choices. If you already uploaded images prior to this setting, you can use the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails.
- Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Thumbnail Settings.
- Choose which thumbnails you want to generate a cropped version of by checking the box(s).
- Click the Publish button.
