The default display style of category titles (headings) in WordPress will include a prefix label. There is no method to change this, but Alurra gives you the option to hide the prefix.

With a Prefix label:

Without a Prefix Label:

If you decide to show the prefix, we’ve added a colour setting to change the prefix to what you want. However, Alurra does include the option to enable/disable the prefix label.

  1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Label Options
  2. Look for the Hide Prefix in Archive Page setting and click or slide the toggle setting to disable it. Blue means it’s disabled while grey means it’s active.
  3. To change the colour of the prefix, go to Appearance > Customize > Colours > Content Colours and look for the Archive Prefix Colour setting.
  4. Click the Publish button.
